Before deciding to buy a ring, I went to most of the jewelry stores throughout Red Deer and even Calgary.I eventually settled on TGT.Here's why:- received super friendly service from Pam, Eric and Judy- they have a good selection of rings- fairly priced care plan- they have goldsmiths IN STORESince they have goldsmiths in store, you typically don't have to wait more than a week to get your ring resized or take care of minor issues.They resized my girlfriend's ring the same day she came in. Of course this depends on how busy they are and in some cases it will take longer. Regardless, you likely won't have to wait as long as you do to get your ring back as you would from other stores.Service is superb. Thank you Pam, Eric and Judy!

Amazing work. Brought in my 40 year old engagement ring to be repaired. Picked it up today and was overwhelmed at the quality of the work. It is a brand new ring!! Fantastic. 100% recommend to anyone needing repair or replacement. Extremely friendly and accommodating. Gave me an estimate last week and promised it would be ready this morning. Recently bought custom engagement ring from them. Couldn't be happier with the results. There was a slight miscommunication on a couple things and I had to bring it in the next day after proposing due to it being made half a size too big. Brought it in the morning and my lady was able to pick it back up later that night. Great considering he said it would take a few days!

I put a ring on layaway and 7 days later I went in to cancel the order. Their return policy, not explained at time of purchase, is that full refund is only available for 1 day. After that, store credit is given for 30 days. Presumably after that you lose all your money. So, despite the fact I have no product from the store, I am on the hook. No other store I know has a policy like this. Buyer beware!

We had been looking for a goldsmith for 2 years after the diamond fell out of my engagement ring. After reading reviews my husband decided we would go in and meet with Harry. Are we ever glad we did! What an amazing job building a whole new setting for my ring that looks like it was part of the design the whole time. I had been concerned that if we got the ring fixed that I would be too scared to wear it again, but not after the work that Harry did. I feel 1000% comfortable wearing the ring and not only happy with how secure it feels but how fantastic it looks!

If your looking for a very skilled professional goldsmith in red deer you found him. I have had 2 gold necklaces repaired, iv had the diamond in my wedding band come loose as well as ring maintenance performed by this shop and have always had a perfect strong fix to each individual problem. I also had my wife's wedding band soldered and maintained here and her ring looks brand new each and very time. Highly recommend!

Best Goldsmith's! From a quick fix to the smallest details in a custom make the quality of work is exceptional. Harry made me a Black Alaskan diamond ring and it is breathtaking! It is family run with values and integrity. They treat you like a friend and not a wallet. I would strongly recommend the Golden Touch over any other jewellery store!

My husband surprised me by taking me here to custom create my wedding set. Our experience was like no other. When creating the set harry filled us in on every steps progress. The end result was stunning! It was everything I pictured and more. The whole process was fun and excited. We would definitely recommend to anyone!
